Data is retained for the time needed to answer the request and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Recipients and processors

Form data will be stored in a private Google Sheet within Google Drive and used only to manage enquiries. Google may act as a technology provider under the applicable contract and Google Workspace account settings. Data is not otherwise shared except where legally required or necessary to provide the service through properly contracted providers.

Rights

You may request access, correction, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by email. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

Automated decisions

The form does not make automated decisions about the granting of finance.
